Name Changes

Admin - Can change their name whenever they wish.
Chaser - Can change their name with premission from me.
Moderator - Can change their name with permission from leader Mod
Member - Can change their name with permission from Admin
Helper- Can change their names with permission from Admin

NOTE: Don't change your username too many times - people will get confused! And you need to ask someone to change your username for you because to stop people constantly changing names you have to ask a admin to change your name- with permission from site owner
